PRIGO Schools celebrates 30 years
PRIGO Schools celebrates 30 years. The first school from the PRIGO family was born on 3 February 1993, when the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic decided to include our six-year and four-year grammar school in Ostrava in the network of schools.
Shortly afterwards, our other eight-year and four-year grammar school and secondary school in Ostrava, as well as a higher vocational school in Olomouc, were also established. In the new millennium, a high school, a vocational school in Ostrava and finally a kindergarten or primary school were gradually opened. Now PRIGO has eight schools at all levels of education operating in Ostrava and four other towns in the region. It teaches approximately 3,500 students, with the participation of 350 teachers.
We think we have a lot to celebrate.
